A basic and popular form created by the Chinese sports authority to promote heath in the '50s. A good starting point for some serious Tai chi. Good 'mindfulness' training.

This is it, meditation in motion. If you call yourself a Tai chi practitioner, you should be doing this traditional form. It takes 20-25 minutes to complete. For body and mind exercise, it can't get better than this.
