About the launch 2/10/2013

This is it !!

I have been thinking about having a web site like this for some time. Our earliest newsletters (started in 1972, can you imagine?) are deteriorating quick, paper/taping are yellowing and ink is fading. So I decided just DO IT now, also taking advantage of the free blog sites from Google. Yeah, it took a bit of time to scan all the printed issues. But it actually is quite a fulfilling process. While going through this, I am also going through an emotional roller coaster. (You'll see what I mean yourselves.) This is our life history and career passage after college, all 'recorded' in our 'little' newsletters. We did have a couple or three interruptions (gaps) in our newsletters, but thanks to 筱琳, 中平, and really the effort of everyone, they did not become permanent (the interruption). Looks like the newsletter will be going strong for sometime.:)

I am pretty sure I have missed a few issues of our newsletters. If you have them, please scan and send me a copy, in any of these formats: .jpg, .doc, or .pdf, I'll then upload them to the blog.

This blog is by no means at its permanent form, both contents and looks. I'll continue working on it, adding stuff that will be of interest to us. I like to make it truly a 'one stop shopping' kind of web site for us. I welcome inputs from all of you. I will also add another 'administrator' later. I think we should have 2 administrators at any given time so as to assure the continuity. Only the last person standing will close it down. :(

Please actively participate in the blog. You can tell a story, talk about your travels, express your thought, recollect your Tunghai experience, brag or humiliate yourself (ha!), or whatever, at any time. It will be a lot of fun to share with everybody and get feed backs.

Let's keep this thing going!
